    Lee and Lieber get all weary eyed this month as Ant-Man faces his biggest foe yet—old age. Despite being a villain with some promising emotional motive, The Mad Master of Time, or, professor Elias Weems, is just too much of a genius to be believed. Perhaps if the story allowed for Weems' origin to be set years prior to current events, then maybe this fantastical ageing device could be fathomable, but it seems like he comes up with it during the space of an afternoon.     Time For Revenge 0

    It's Ant-Man vs the most dangerous and irreversible force of all: Time! When Professor Ellias Weems is fired for being too old he vows revenge, not just against the business that wronged him but all of society!We have in Ellias one of the more sympathetic villains of sixties Marvel. Normally villains of the time were one dimensional characters with unclear or entirely absent motivation rules, but Ellias' actions are understandable even while remaining unjustifiable.
