Lacking in everything
This issue is the start of one of the greatest volumes of green lantern corps i've ever read. It serves its purpose well, with some extensive backgroung information and flashbacks but this issue does not show much of "THE CHALLENGE". It lacks in almost everything. All the green lantern were recalled and not many actually made the pages, this was slightly disapointing and i think it lacks a chapter or two. The backgroung on abin sur and how
Hal obtained his ring was vital. To be fair it does fit its purpose but the only other place it fits is on my bookshelf.
