    Tajima (田島, Tajima) is a supporting character of the manga/anime series Highschool of the Dead that was written by Daisuke Sato and illustrated by Shouji Sato. The series first began serialization in Fujimi Shobo's Monthly Dragon Age magazine in July 2006.

    His first appearance was in Hightschool of the Dead Volume 2 CH. 5 "Streets of the Dead".

    As a officer in the SAT, Tajima has access to a large variety of firearms and the training to use them effectively. His standard weapon is a Heckler & Koch MP5F.

    Highschool of the Dead

    His first anime appearance was in Highschool of the Dead - Episode 5 "Spring of the Dead". His character in the Japanese series is voiced by Daisuke Hirakawa , and the U.S. dub produced by Section 23 is done by Corey Hartzog. In the anime that was produced by Madhouse, the events of Rika and Tajima's mission for the tanker was cut from the story. It quickly skipped to the scene just before the EMP that happened after his death.
