If he ever makes into the live-action movies, do you think they are going to make him like the Balrog from Lord of the Rings? Well he is probably going to duck it out against Odin whose mythological counterpart is a clear inspiration for Gandalf in the books, who fights the Balrog in Fellowship of the Ring. Any LotR references inevitable?
