A madman has brought his unique brand of insanity to the inner city. Only Nighthawk can hope to defeat this grinning freak, and to do that, he may be forced to cross the line he dares not cross.

Steven Binst, newly escaped from a minimum-security prison, has set up operations in a squalid apartment turned drug lab on Chicago's South side.

Kyle Richmond uses his connection with Doctor Arredondo of Cook County Hospital to obtain samples from junkies suffering from the tainted cocaine who are arriving by the dozen to the city's emergency rooms. The United States Drug Enforcement Agency, working with the Chicago's mayor's office and the Governor of Illinois follows a parallel course, determining that all of the poisoned cocaine, which has now killed over 3,800 people has come from a single source. The source is a drug pipeline run by a federal judge, untouchable by official law enforcement, but easy pickings for the vigilante Nighthawk.

The mayor plans a publicity event around his son's birthday party, where the entertainment will be provided by Fabbo the clown (whose identity was assumed by Steven Binst after his murder of the clown).

    Very Disturbing 0

Summary and scans can be viewed here The Good Disturbing story- This was just unnerving in every sense of the word. This comes from someone who chuckles while watching the “Saw series”. This villain while outwardly and especially in his clown attire gives an air of “a version of joker” is neither as happy about what he does (at least outwardly) as you would expect him to be…..he comes of as truly mentally unhinged and mentally deranged in a league all his own.
