The first issue- I'm not really sure if it's the first, as it says "Volume two" right under the large "i" on the cover (Which, of course, stands for image comics) implying that there was atleast a whole other volume before this, meaning this could potentially be the start of a whole new slew of Supreme comics, meaning that there were more issues before it.
The plot is like this: A god-like man comes to Earth from space, calling himself Supreme, and fights a superhero group called the "Youngbloods." After a brief battle, they decide to have a conference on Earth. They proceed to test Supreme to see if he actually is what he says he is. Basically, they ask him to fight with the Youngbloods against crime, but he refuses. The story ends with Supreme in space crying, revealing the possibility of a great weakness within him.
All in all, the story seems rushed, and it packed in alot of boring stuff with little dialogue and nearly no action. It seemed rushed, and overall, poor.
