What the Dr ordered. 0

  With the current state of the bat-verse it has been a while since I sat down and enjoyed a comic without having to really concentrate and re-read, for anyone like me this issue is just what the doctor ordered. It’s fun, interesting and engaging. Admittedly you guess who the villain is halfway through but the interactions between supergirl and robin make up for it. Screw Superman/Batman. I Want More of THIS. A LOT MORE. 0

The Good: HILARIOUS. An absolute masterpiece of comedy in superhero comics at its finest.  99% of the source of said comedy is the dialogue between Supergirl and Robin (as the cover implies). IT IS GLORIOUS. Robin's hit the point where he can back up his arrogance, and he sprays it out in more of a clever way rather than pure hatred as he did when he first appeared.The art was really cool. Supergirl/Robin adventures 0

I don't read Superman/Batman that often like I did in the past, and when I do read a copy of this series, it's mostly because of the cover. Instead of the usual cast of characters, we have a Supergirl and Robin team up....but it's not like the team up back in issue 62. Pros: Halloween is the theme for this issue.
