Hailing from Earth-11, Big Bard is the reverse-gender counterpart of the mainstream Big Barda. He is also involved with Miss Miracle, the female version of Mr. Miracle.
Barda has guest-starred several times in Superman's books, most notably being the time when Sleez brainwashed the two to make them actors for his pornographic film. She also assisted Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman in their attempt to rescue Supergirl from Apokolips. Before her death, it was mentioned that Barda and Scott were planning to have Clark and his wife over for dinner. Scott told Barda that she could arm wrestle Superman for exercise, suggesting a somewhat close relationship between the two.

Superman sees a lot of himself in young Billy and is in awe of how someone so young manages to wield the Power of SHAZAM so well.
