The concept sounds awesome and I can't wait to read it.

Because of its inconsistency and slow pace, for a concept like that 14 issues are too much.
The main reason probably is JMS, who abandonded his writing duties halfway through the story and you can expect that the quality of the idea dropped.

Volume one was fine imo i liked it, vol.2 writer changes quality dips.

And of course facing an enemy that's basically his dark side, inside another person. And of course his dark side can do things he can't.

Same old story, nothing new.

I'm not saying it's bad, it simply wasn't anything outside the box.
