All Superman films thus far have been in the same continuity...actually, there have only been two different actors for Superman.

Can't beat Curt Swan, Frank Quitely, and Gary Frank. Both Jim Lee and Ed Benes do pretty good depictions too.

But since the DCAU was in many ways superior to the comics, neither can you beat Bruce Timm's made for animation designs.
