I can't believe I'm about to write these words, but here goes.

Folks, in my adventures of comic book reading, I've read some of the greatest stories in graphic novels. Both in and outside of the superheroes genre type of comics.

Among the characters, Superman is by far my favorite superhero(Well the Pre-52 Superman actually).

What bothers me was that they are comparing Superman to religious figure to Jesus or Moses.

Now with all due respect, Superman is a lot of things,

    1. Man of Steel
    2. Big Blue Boyscout
    3. Man of Tomorrow
    4. etc.

but Jesus? Really? He might have morals of Jesus, but he aintno Jesus.

But I digress. The main question I want to ask,

Is there ever been a story/story arc where Superman being compared or has stories similar to Jesus Christ himself?
