    Have not been up to date with the comics since going to university, I've seen a lot of complaints about him being nerfed to hell and that his suit is not just a t shirt and jeans, can somebody summarise what's happened before I start reading again?

    Check his character page.

    Pretty much the same + the solar flare.

    The nerf you hear about is only for a certain storyline.

    Superman gained a new power that we think affected his cells and DNA beyond repair. So this power which is called the "Solar Flare" allows him to unleash all his stored up solar energy in one blast but it leaves him human for 24 hours. Unfortunately the power has gone haywire and has left him weak longer. He's slowly building up power but now lives in a world where everyone knows he's Superman. So it's double the trouble. As for who revealed who he is, it was Lois. Each book deals with something different.

    Superman- He still has his powers and his secret Identity. This book deals with how it all happened and why Lois did what she did.

    BM/SM- Post power loss, this seems to be dealing with Super Racists (I don't know what they are really called). Which is a group of racists who use advanced tech to fight Superman and hurt immigrants. The meat of this story is his dynamic with Luthor and the New Batman.

    SM/WW- Written from Diana's perspective on the whole thing. It's how she deals with this situation and how she helps him save Lana and Steel.

    Action COmics- Clark has been away a while and now has returned to Metropolis. The city has been attacked with ads saying that Superman is evil. But his neighborhood is prideful and has named that section of he city Kentville. This seems to be dealin with the real world issue of police brutality. Issue 42 was amazing.

    If I had to rank them it be

    1- AC (because of today's issue)

    2- SM/WW (would have been first but AC was too amazing)

    3-Superman

    4-BM/SM

    Thanks a lot, action comics were always my go to anyway.

    @cairov:

    Reading the character page will save you some time. But has current events go.

    Superman at this moment is going through a major crisis. His powers have gone haywire and his secret identity has been blown by Lois. The reason for both those things are still unclear.

    His powers almost totally disappearing hasn't of yet a clear cause. Many people are holding on to the theory that it was his new power the cause of it. But it's pure speculation. Nothing has been said in the comics or shown, that prove that theory. There's alternative theories.

    Has for Lois, at first it seemed she done it for whatever reason, but now the comics are pointing out that there might have been extenuating circumstances.
