While the "main" comic has been the eponymous title since the launch of the New 52, Action Comics was far superior to it in all but art throughout the whole of Morrison's run. However, Action Comics is without a stable creative team at the moment.
Your best bet would be to pick up the number one issues of Scott Snyder and Jim Lee's Superman: Unchained and Jae Lee's Superman/Batman when they debut this summer and decide for yourself which to follow.
@rideaspacecowboy: Yeh, I've been seeing the ads for Action Comics #19, and it looks awesome with the "I dont throw the 1st.....Ill throw the last." It's a shame that there is no solid creative team.
