Later this year, specifically in November, the majority of the Superman books will be pulled together for a good ol’ fashioned crossover event called “H’el on Earth.” The crossover will run through the #14 issues of SUPERBOY, SUPERGIRL and SUPERMAN.

The first chapter in SUPERBOY #14, written by Tom DeFalco with art by R.B. Silva and Rob Lean, will guest star Supergirl and the Teen Titans as it picks up from the events of SUPERMAN #13 with Superman’s latest deadly foe, H’el, coming after Kon-El.

SUPERGIRL will then have a run-in with this villainous Kryptonian in SUPERGIRL #14, written by Mike Johnson and drawn by Mahmud Asrar. However, the twist is that Kara might find herself agreeing with H’el’s pro-Krypton/anti-Earth sentiments.

Lastly, the storyline will conclude in SUPERMAN #14, written by Scott Lobdell and illustrated by Kenneth Rocafort, where Supes will come face to face with a creature of unknown Kryptonian origin that is both stronger and smarter than he is. Fisticuffs will surely be had.

Not surprisingly, ACTION COMICS will not be a part of this mini crossover event. I think we can all agree Grant Morrison has far too much on his plate to wrap up before he departs the series with issue #16. He has no time to dilly-dally with a crossover.

The release dates for the “H’el on Earth” crossover are as follows: SUPERBOY #14 releases on November 14. SUPERGIRL #14 hits shelves November 21. And, lastly, SUPERMAN #14 launches November 28.

What say you super fans? Is this a crossover event you’re looking forward to? What do you think of this new character H’el? To me, he kind of looks like a cross between Bizarro and 90’s mullet Superman. That’s just my two cents.

This is not cool. Why is DC doing all this crossover stuff right when the Marvel Now starts? I can't afford all these comics. It's not fair. :(

Yeah, this might be the new Bizarro. Looks way too much like him.

It could be the Nowhere clone from that issue of Superboy or TT. I'm not sure which. He could have gotten Kryptonian memories some how.       I hope this is Bizzaro and not yet another character or villain wearing the S symbol.

The problem with superman is that the only threat to him is an evil superman. I have enjoyed the characters of Zod Bizarro and Superboyprime so I hope H'el ( Love the name) will hold his own as a character. This could be a great opportunity to unleash a great new superman villain not unlike batman court of owls.

I hate all this crossover BS. I was going to pick up Superman because of the new creative team but I don't want to pick up 2 other mediocre titles just to get the full story. Batman does it right where you don't have to pick up all the titles to get the full story. Guess I'll just stick to Batman and his Joker story and just wait till this crossovers done to try Superman again.

@sweetesttoaster: I'm not picking up Supergirl even if it was 99 cents. I am not shocked she's agreeing with a psychopath. Though Superboy is really good if you're into cerebral heroes and watching them get humbled.

The Superboy and Supergirl covers look poor, for a crossover event linking the three Supes I was expecting better cover art at least. Superman's cover looks good but the other two are a turn off point, chances are I will still get it but only because I like the Supes. The story, on the other hand, sounds pretty interesting and the villain doesn't look to bad.

This actually sounds pretty good to me. I think all of the Supers together would be very interesting. I would definitely check it out.

And Supergirl agreeing with the villain? I'm intrigued, I had to cut Supergirl from my pull list cause of the lack of money in my wallet so I don't know whats been going with her.

So, Scott Lobdell is going to take over Superman for sure? I'm not sure how I feel about that...
