    Watching this reminded me of the wonder I felt reading this for the first time. The Superman elseworlds always seem to be the ones that truly emphasize what the character is about.

    Twice, as a matter of fact. First, Batzarro met Red Son Superman in Superman/Batman:

    Then, Kyle Rayner, Donna Troy and Jason Todd met him during Countdown (although personally I never thought Countdown was canon):
