I found this DC poster from 1993 that says "Superman" across the top but it features a picture of Batman on it. Is this something rare or was this done on purpose?

This is Superman: Speeding Bullets, from 1993. See the "Elseworlds" logo in the top left corner? That's DC's "What If."
This one was "What if Kal-El's rocket were found by the Waynes, instead of the Kents?" Good read, and you can probably find it cheap in your comic store's back issue bin. ;)
