I've been looking at the powers section of the website and I have noticed that superman is number 1 in most categories that are ludicrous for example agility superman can't dodge darkseids omega beams with his super speed while batman could so surely batman should be before him. Even worse is the intellect category look I'm not saying superman is dumb or anything but yet again people like batman and lex Luther are much smarter! Finally to top it off superman is apparently the fastest too when the flash run so fast in kingdom come arc that he blurred the lines of reality! Now is this all down to fanboyism?
With the powers people usually just vote across the board in all categories. I blame the X-Men fanboys that want to make every X-Man in the top 5 and throw the actual ranking off because of it.
@TheManInTheSuit: You seem to have come to this site with only knowledge of Superman that comes from JLU (the cartoon) as evident by you saying that Batman can out run the omega effect and Superman cannot. This is wrong even in the show because in the episode where Darkseid and Superman fight ("twilight of the gods" i think it was) Superman avoided the omega effect while being much closer than Batman.
Now you must understand that the comics have so very little to do with the (now over) cartoon. Why should anything from it count?
Also one could argue on behalf of Superman's intellect if one where so inclined. I however don't really feel like it at the moment but just know yes he is very very very smart.
He is well known and we have a gigantic list of characters many that need more atention or development. current superman constantly gets under rated because constantly think silver age superman because when we thinking of overkill strength we think silverage superman that or internet meme character, or a cartoon character which silver age superman was both and that was before internet.

YEs thats correct Zoom could watch BAtman with his Prep or easily go back in time see what he about to do wait it out . Prep is Useless against Zoom lol
Every Superman fan has his way of interpreting the level of Superman powers.
You say he's not has fast has the Flash. I say he's faster.
You say both Bruce and Luthor are smarter than him. I say he's smarter than both of them.
It's not fanboyism, its being a pure Superman fan. A true Superman fan looks at the character from all sides of his history. What he has done, what he can do. And more, a true fan can see past the mistakes writers make.
So chill out and don't be so negative. Find yourself a character that inspires you and that you can relate to, and leave us true Superman fans about our business.
