Not true, he loses 95% of the fights between him and Superman and there have been many. The difference is people make it too big deal when he wins even though when he's winning Superman isn't at his best. When Batman loses or when he defeats WW, Flash or Aquaman no one makes a thread and if Superman loses then there's hundreds of threads about that.

@redwingx: nope, you're wrong. Batman has beaten Superman only twice IIRC, once in Batman/Superman and once in Batman #36. Supes has beaten Batman once in JL, twice in Batman/Superman, and once in Batman TDK IIRC and I think there's more not including Injustice GAU tie in.

Last issue batman admitted that he made a grave error when fighting superman, because he always takes into consideration that he's fighting "superman" the guy with morals, the guy who will subconsciously hold back. He went into battle with a morals off superman and was almost killed.

Exactly. Batman can beat regular good old Superman easily. After all he did down take down a Superman without any morals like you said.

Batman's inner monologue suggests it's not "easy" but sure that's fair I guess. Yes a superman who isn't trying to hurt anyone and is written to lose, like get up close and personal to someone who 100% of the time has kryptonite on them hidden somewhere. If the character is designed to lose he will lose, and I accept that.

it's like bragging about beating up your older sibling who had both hands behind his back, wasn't allowed to use his full strength or all his abilities lol. superman sees an exposed spot on the suit? no problem I better hit him in the armored part because that will surely put him down. Could crush his head like a grape? Nah I think I will just fly him straight up in the air.

I accept he wins because he is not real and the writers needed the issue to last more than 2 pages
