equal prep is the same as no prep. superman wins. red son and kryptonite will be useless since all supes has to do is show up in his kryptonite proof suit. the only chance that bats has is one sided prep and pis. it's no shame to bats. a person who can move planets is supposed to be hard to beat.
Superman's equipment doesn't automatically negate Batman's prep. Batman has far, far better showings of prep than Superman.
How often does Superman use any of the stuff in the fortress when fighting....anybody?
how often does supes need to prep. giving supes prep will just let him get his radiation proof suit. then it's game over. it's impossible for bats to beat superman if clark has prep, too. most of the time bats has won with prep with guys who doesn't know he's coming. it's different here. supes got all kind of crap in his fortress of solitude which he won't even need against bats. bats can't beat supes if both have prep. bat's hasn't even beaten him in cannon when only he has had prep.
