I found this issues in one of my grandmas old antique boxes. I was wondering what you guys thought of the condition of the book, any help would be appreciated.

I'm not an expert at this, but I do know a thing or two since I'm a collector who has worked in two comic shops. I'd say that as long as the cover's attached and all the pages are there, it's probably a Good (so between a 2.5 or 3). The edges are rounded, there are stains, it looks like it has creases, and the spine's seen better days. That's just me judging from the scan and, like I said, I'm not an expert. It might eve get a higher grade just because it's a rare Golden Age issue. Nice find, in any event. That's a very early issue.
