The title of your thread pretty much says it all. She's DC She-Hulk only instead of being powered by gamma radiation she's powered by the sun.
The main difference being She-Hulk has a much better grip on her powers, while Dr. Kitty Faulkner, the more energy she pulls to herself the more instable she becomes mentally.
Has a character she's been used very little times, maybe because DC already has a good choice of superpowered women that are as strong if not stronger than Rampage.
But still she could be used in Superman comics. But a few things would have to change.
Her looks for one. She looks like a super jacked up steroids body builder. She should look more like Koriand'r aka Starfire on the comic Red Hood and the Outlaws.
Her emotional instability has she grows more powerful could stay. It would add an interesting element to each challenge she had to face.
And give her a solid reason why she choosed to be hero, would also be necessary. Right now as in the past, she can be either the hero or the villain, depending on her mood.
