Would you like to see Cavill's Superman try to stop a nuke?
Superman
Character » Superman appears in 18941 issues.
Sent to Earth as an infant from the dying planet Krypton, Kal-El was adopted by the loving Kent family and raised in America's heartland as Clark Kent. Using his immense solar-fueled powers, he became Superman to defend mankind against all manner of threats while championing truth, justice, and the American way!
Should BvS involve nukes?
Don’t mind if he’ll catch/stop/destruct some rocker in the air, but this exactly scene – thank you, but no thank you.
What era is this? I swear, nukes aren't a topic that is on the mind of anyone this day and age. In 2014, people are less likely to worry about nukes than they were in the '60s-'80s.
Plus, that book is a Batman book. This is supposed to be a team up movie, nothing in that books is an appropriate characterization of Superman.
Even that scene, where Miller was essentially saying that Superman was a cancer for the planet.
cripes people are too sensitive about this BvS movie....
Which is why I've just stopped posting in the threads for it. People keep hating, and it seems like I'm the only person who's going to try and enjoy the movie...
@_atomikill_: I'm starting to know what you mean, I think the visuals would look amazing, and if Superman gets caught in the explosion could make him weaker.
I would like to see that. He saving a city by stopping a nuke. ( I think It should be more powerful than the nukes that exist in real life)

This basically, it wouldn't make sense.

North Korea and Russia..
@greenarrowfan12: Highly unlikely and definite no.
The world isnt ran by James Bond villains, Nukes are are lose-lose weapon, especially since N.Korea's arsenal is short ranged.
@superguy1591: Snyder quoted TDKR when he announced BvS at comic con. It wasn't but 2 years ago when Avengers had a nuke heading straight toward NYC, so it's conceivable that BvS might involve a nuclear threat of some kind. You have the strongest hero on Earth and whats our strongest weapon?
@jayc1324: For once, we agree.
@ccraft: It would add nothing to the story.
@cairov: hahahahahaha
