    In Superman & Batman: Generations 3 #12 the timeline is changed, erasing a thousand years of history. But why does Superman look so much younger in 2925 (original timeline) than he does in 2925 (new timeline)? I know stress is supposed to age people, so it doesn't make sense that the Superman from the peaceful timeline looks older than the Superman from the war-filled timeline.

    Is Superman's long lifespan one of his yellow sun powers or is it natural for Kryptonians to live over 1000 years?

    I never read Generations, but a long lifespan is one of the powers given to Superman by the yellow sun. In some realities he's practically immortal.
