    For the rest three pages go to the original article on Comicbookresources.

    Pretty big preview! Seven pages long.

    Still good but I look forward to the end of DOOM. IMO Pak is great when he can do his own thing with Superman.

    Supergirl is not acting very much in character at all but that's what The New 52 has done to her. And I'm not a fan of Pak's second remark this week on how brash and reckless this Superman is (the other being in Batman/Superman 12 preview.) Other than that...this is actually looking like an all right issue of Doomed. Not enough to make me buy it but Pak's writing and characterisation is breaking through the dull event mold for once. Lana's opening monologue is very solid indeed and Steel is changed for the better here.

    @saint_wildcard: Full Troll mode!

    IKR, he tends to draw her like a dude. He doesn't get her right like he does Wonder Woman

    I don't know why but I can't stop staring at this drawing

    @squalleon:

    Considering he's possessed by doomsday it makes sense that he's a creature of rage.

    I don't like this event to be honest, so it comes of as funny to me rather than serious when I read "Superman SMASH" :-P

    I don't either. I just wanted a 5-7 issue long normal doomsday arc but DC managed to screw up a one dimensional character with this one. I Haven't bought a single issue of this event.

    I just realized that the Drones comment is most likely referring to Man of Steel

    @lvenger: I think Lana is refering to Superman 30, where Superman destroyed the drones that attacked him.

    There is much critic on comics that everyone looks like a p0rnst@r, he probably does it so she looks like a common farmgirl, not exceptionally pretty like WW and the other Superheroines.

    Nah probably issue 30 of AC

    I picked up the one shot but I was unimpressed. What bothers me is that this event is done only to undo Lobdell's unresolved plotlines. And Brainwashed/evil/controlled Superman is a story that has been done TOO many times, so I am not interested to read it again. I still buy AC because I am subscribed to it but other than that I don't pick up anything Doomed related and I won't.

    Ok...Awesome, SG's a lil odd but i'll blame that on the red ring. Love the exchange between Steel and Lana.

    In Tony Bedard's Supergirl and Soule's Red Lanterns series, she's received better characterisation than she has throughout the entire New 52. If anything, the red ring has improved Supergirl's character which is ironic. But yeah she's acting totally off in that exchange.

    I thought Michael Green's and Mike Johnson's were amazing.

    She's been made VERY secondary to Superman in the New 52. And yeah the characterization is garbage in the previews.
