so dc would get hulk and punisher

Hulk yes punisher no. The hulk for me would fit nicely into the DCnU but not the punisher.

I, personally, would not trade unless the creative teams went with the characters.

It depends on whether the rest of the Super-family and Hulk-family are traded as well. If the rest of the Hulks stayed with Marvel but without the original, that wouldn't make much sense - same with Superman.

Yes on a temporary basis why not? It would make good comics.

Disney will just eventually acquire the DC characters and fix them. I hope.
