Look at this character sketch from Jason Fabok (the new Justice League artist). No collar in sight. Plus his JL cover, which if you look closely, looks like Supes bare neck has just been coloured blue temporarily.

Its the same costume he has now. From the lines to the collar(and yes there is a collar just look at the second picture) its all the same but with some details that change from artist to artist.

Anyway that is the JL cover for this months's issue, so I doubt the new costume will be featured in that issue.

That's just the original New 52 costume without the collar on it. Not all artists draw the armour the same way as Lee does it. It's a flaw with the design what with all the extraneous lines not to mention the unnecessary details. But at least some artists can make the armour look good and work on Superman. If Fabok's design really were the new Superman costume, that would be the anti climax of the Superman line.

If they had shown the gray suit from Krypton Returns then I could say "Maybe" but seeing that his powers are gonna go through some changes, most likely the suit will reflect the change itself.

I've been thinking on the matter though. If he has to travel to the 4th dimension to stop Ulysses, it might happen to him what happened to Ulysses and he'll be able to do everything Ulysses does and more, but it might be a little to much for him to control, so they might bring back somekind of containment suit, but what would be actually cool about it would be if he used the golden suit/armor from DC One Million. Of course with some more up to date changes. That might surprise fans in a very good way. From both those that don't like the current suit to those who like it.
