Literally every kind of question of Superman's powers can be answered with "as much as he needs to". He is Superman he is as strong as he needs to save the day :P

Well seeing that Superman is not at his full power (and I'm not referring to the Truth arc) because has you know, with each higher class of star the more powerful he becomes.

Even living under the yellow sun, his powers are still evolving and will keep on doing so for who knows how long.

I'm telling you this because, my point is, that Superman strength limits have not yet been reached, and seeing he's still evolving, that means what he can't do today, he might be able to tomorrow. So there's no way and no one that can measure Superman powers accurately.

You might has well put an infinite symbol on each of his powers. It doesn't mean that his powers are infinite, it just means that for all intended purposes they're unlimited in terms of potential.

He can bench earth 5 days without stop

Based on the only measurable figure from Lobdell's ridiculous strength feat, 5.972 sextillion tons. Though he did move a ship twice the size of Earth with Martian Manhunter's assistance but there wasn't an exact measurement given to the ship.

He can lift virtually limitless tons.

That statement is false becuase if you pulled all the planets in our solar system you still wouldn't even come close to having solar system strength.
