In Justice League Doom Superman and the others were stuck in a lantern shield & Superman basically drilled his way out to help the others escape and in his fight against Shazam. I want to know if he has ever done this in comics, because I am having an argument with a guy telling me Superman will not be able to get through Magneto's shield, even when I am 100% sure Superman can break his shield, but now I am playing his game. Has Superman ever done that in the comics?! If so provide a scan of possible. Thanks
