Now for a theory... The Superman post convergence is an OLDER version of Superboy. He's back now and has been in the time stream before apparently, and we've ALL said that the T-shirt look is more suited for Superboy than Superman so... What if he IS Superboy? I mean there were SOME hints to the New Batman being a cop, I mean the gun and the police lights on the armor point to it being a Cop Batman... What if the shirt means the Superman is meant to be Conner?
I mean New 52 Superboy never HAD a secret identity, never went by Conner Kent either, so what if post Convergence Clark is absent, Conner is older, and has taken over as Superman and Clark Kent? Considering I've ALWAYS wanted to see Conner in the Superman role for YEARS since his debut? I'd love to see it. I mean look at the S-shield, it's clearly meant to be based on the Fleischer Superman logo, but notice? The Fleischer Superman logo, has a yellow outline yes... But a red S on a black background. Red and black are Conner's colors, along with the t-shirt and... I'm THINKING it very well could be Conner. I mean I could be INCREDIBLY wrong, but I hope I'm not.... That look doesn't suit Clark. I mean MAYBE if there was a cape on it sure, but as it stands THIS is Conner to me until proven otherwise.
After all, with Marvel doing stuff like changing up THEIR Trinity of Thor, Captain America, and Iron Man... I don't see why DC wouldn't. Just my two cents though.

What the Heck is it with DC giving Superman Pants and Shirts to wear so many times??? I can't stand this look, why do they have to make their Icon look so ridiculous?
All the covers except the one of Batman/Superman, are okay. Not anything outstanding. The jeans and t-shirt is what it is. So I'm not gonna go into this again.
But Superman on a motorcycle... O.o Really!? What comes next?! Superman carrying an Kalashnikov. Superman with brass knuckles.

Υοu could wait for DC to publish the collected Hardcover/Paperback like they did with Doomed.
Personally I won't go out of my way to buy titles I wouldn't. DC has some pretty nifty titles coming out in June. I don't want to spend all my money on a Superman crossover.

Don't know. Depends how much the crossover will sell. Every Batman story for example is collected to trade right after the last issue comes out. Same with Unchained.
Personally, I won't give DC the satisfaction to milk me from all I am worth, to buy titles I wouldn't in the first place.
@squalleon: if it was a crossover in the sence that main story is only told in AC and Superman and every other title is just a sort of spin off them I will by the single issues of the main story but if it's spread over all superman titles then I'll just wait the year and get the trade.
Not in the mainstream universe. Hovvever John Byrne vvrote several miniseries' under the Elsevvorld imprint under the title of "Generations." It's some really great stuff.
Cmon, don't act like none of you care, before Superman got this look, you guys were like meh and then you guys went on back to your favorite comicbook franchises forums where you spent on more than here with Superman. Superman has never been taken seriously because he never changes and never adapts to modern norms, he always along with his villians and supporting cast stay the same and with some alterations never really does bold new things. Now you complain? Because before he was lame and op in your eyes but now that he's American Hot Shot Street Crusader we make a fuss about him not being the old way.

He gained a new Power, the SOlar Flare. This power blasts all the solar energy in his cells in one blast, which leaves him powerless. THe power has gone haywire and kept going of easily so he's having trouble getting back to full power. Rumors (or Pak confirmed this, IDK) say that he will be like this for about a year.
Looks like he raided superboys closet. I don't like this costume one bit
I like it, I had problems with this crest. but that's a golden age animation crest. The only problem I have is that he looks more buff and his hair. I hate his hair, I loved it when he had long shaggy hair
Attention Marvel & DC(not that the read these), the majority of fans prefer their heroes in outfits that at least resemble their traditional/original garb. Supes in his traditional outfit makes you take notice. This new thing, is just a dude in a T-shirt.
