Batman... Sure! It's more than clear by now that he did something, and something terrible. For Superman to simply storm the batcave like he did, Bats crossed the line big time. And from what I've gathered so far, he might have actually used Superman has a weapon, against Earth-2 forces, by somehow using kriptonite to drive Superman into a berserk rage that might have forced him to kill who knows how many people.
Diana on the other hand, whatever happened between them had nothing to do with the war, or at least it wasn't entirely caused by that event. If you read Superman-WonderWoman she stated that something happened 4 years in the past, or one year from current events. Maybe she betrayed him somehow, and that put a strain in the relationship, add to that a war with an entire different Earth were most likely she took Batman's side, and we get the ultimate betrayal.
And after being betrayed by the closest people that he respected and loved, he saw no more reason to continue to fight for a world that he has lost hope in.
