I don't really see it

Over years some artists drew Superman with similar musculature – in that regard yes, young Arnie looks like Superman (personally prefer how Rocafort portrayed Supes – very tall, with well developed but lean muscles). Face-wise – not seeing him as Superman.

That was 40 years ago.

Moreover, Arnie's character wouldn't fit playing Superman.

@dorukesin: There's no such thing as better than Henry Cavill, he's perfect. Henry Cavill is one of those rare remarkably good looking males that don't come across as a total narcissistic twit. He's a touch shy, he's got a lovely smile and I bet his hair smells like roses
