IMO he is what do you guys think? With darkseid superman is willing to kill him no matter what the cost and superman has a very clear hatred for him. I think cause darkseid is a mirror reflection of what Superman to mankind should have been.

Darkseid on the other hand views Kal El as a nuisance. An unnecessary thorn in his side in his pursuit of the anti-life equation and universal dominance. I'm sure Darkseid hates Superman's guts, and probably doesn't consider Superman his greatest opponent.
