    I have a doubt.Superman is protected by a force field, does that shield protects him from mosquitoes and lice?

    @Kal'smahboi: Yep. Same here. Was that another one of Waid's Birthright amendments? Birthright was a fun story, but all the changes to supes were lame. In any case I'm considering it non-cannon till some mention is made in the DCnU.

    Only insects hex'ed by Circe and irradiated by Metallo have a chance of affecting Superman at which point he gives a couple super-swats and the problem is solved.
