Yes, but given how slowly the spells in Harry Potter travel, He'd easilyy be able to dodge it.

If he just stood there and let himself get hit by the spell then yes but Superman would easily be able to dodge the spells no problem.

If and only if someone strong enough is holding Supes down so that he can't dodge the attack. Other than that, Baldy McNo-Nosey gets toasted.

@ComicStooge: Yes. Yes it will. He is as vulnerable to magic as any living being that is susceptible to magic.
