Brandon Routh's Superman Has Rumored Cameo in Green Lantern

i think it's a good thing to have small cameos...it means the DC and Warner Brothers are starting to get their heads straight and create a unified movie universe...but them saying that Brandon Routh will play Superman is false...G-Man or Babs reported a few days ago that Brandon Routh's contract as Superman is up

With all the cameos in the world not even Green Lantern can save Superman from Superman returns criticism.. Not even Batman could..

@danhimself: Just because his contract has expired doesn't mean he can't ever play superman again whose to say they can't make a new contract. but I agree it's far fetched plus it's only a rumor anyways.

there's always the possiblility that he could play Superman again but after the failure of Superman Returns I imagine that DC and WB would want to go a different route

honestly all he needs is a good script a lot more actions and special affects and the movie could be a hit

Oh good. An inferior Superman (Routh) + a completely miscast Green Lantern (apparently Ryan Reynolds). They may as well make the movie and have Christian Bale's Batman voice appearing in random places just so they can maximize the annoyance factor of the movie.

lol im thorwing this out there just bc im sure someone will have good or bad opinions about it but what if the put TOM WELLING in as the superman cameo. how would you all feel about that? Put him in as Clark Kent

@DEGRAAF: that wouldn't be a totally bad idea just have Clark working for the planet and they hear storys of a new hero and then they could lead it into a JLA movie and have him as Superman

thats what i was thinking , plus the talk of the Metropolis movie. between the GL movie the Metropolis movie and another Superman reboot, this whole hting could set Tom Welling up as superman perfectly

yeah it is, but he could still sign a new contract. it doesnt mean he'll never be superman again
