Personally I loved the MOS costume never liked the undies on the outside of the costume.

1. Reeve (Thee Superman suit)
2. Cavil (Not to shabby, for an updated look)
3. Routh (to dark, to small of symbol, stupid looking symbol belt)

Man of Steel. With the others I like the lighter colors, but I don't really like the plain texture-less blue.

Superman Returns in last. It had potential but the tiny 3D rubber chest plate looked ridiculous. The red wasn't right either. I hate that costume and was trying to be nice lol.

Man of Steel hands down. The original was fine considering when that film was made, but by modern standards, MoS is the better one.

None of them were great IMO, but its a tie Reeves and Cavil.

MoS, I love the old movies, but man that S on the original suit is just crooked, the costume is fine but that symbol is just lazy, always bothered me.

and don't get me started on returns' maroon and blue costume.

Man of Steel costume is undeniably the best Superman Costume. It looks more shiny, appealing and Henry Cavil really nailed it. I recently purchased MOS jacket version costume from Amazon during Halloween season, and received dozens of compliments. It looks fan and make me feel like world's best Superhero ..

They all kind of fail in their own way, IMO.

Reeve: Outdated, cheap looking for modern standards. It seriously looks like a Halloween costume I could buy at Party City for $50. It may have been in the 70's-80's but not so much today.

Routh: Probably the best one. If the S-Shield were a little bigger, the blue a little darker, and the red/yellow a little brighter, it would be perfect.

Cavil: The colours are too faded, the design around the midsection is pointless and the abs are unneeded. Hopefully the BvS:DoJ suit blows it out of the park

Man of Steel. The others look like something I could get from Wal-Mart.

MOS, it's a more apt design.
