I only read Superman and Action.

And I liked Superman the best. The twist was not of my liking but the execution was nice there is no debate about that.

I am surprised so many have action so high, at least for me it wasn't anything exceptional and as opposed to it , I found it uninteresting(for my tastes, I guess) and thin in terms of development.

@squalleon: You want too much from Action, while most of us just want a fun read. Pak excels, in my opinion, because he writes a great human Superman. We can relate to him.

You, on the other hand, might like a bigger Superman. One that's a symbol more than a character, maybe. What do you think?

Nah, up to this point Doomed took any excitement I had over Action, Lana is down right annoying, I mean I get she distances herself from Clark but she is being unfair and very aggressive towards him, even immidiately after he saves her ass again and again, also having Clark question Superman's place in the world is something we have seen too much BUT the main problem is that there is no development, Pak spends the first page talking about something that has been no development on, same with last issue, for two whole issues Pak just introduced an element that he doesn't seem to progress. Plus we have already done the convo on me not liking the basic premise of the arc in a previous thread.

Anyway, to sum up my main problem with Action is...that it is not fun anymore(for me) :P And taking that away, the title loses all its appeal

What I like more on Johns' Superman I guess is the balance it has, between fun(I think the Daily Planet stuff is very fun, especially the reparte between the characters), intriguing story and characterazation.

I'm surprised too, but because I thought BM/SM was a better issue. Although I enjoyed the ending of AC more.
