    "Years ago, back when the world was on the brink of war, we sent a message into space. An equation that was more emotional than mathematical. An equation that added up to more than the sum of its parts--nonsensical, but aspirational. An equation that called out, and said 'Help us be better'. We should never have turned to the stars for guidance. If there is an answer, it's here on Earth with us. For years, I thought Superman was trying to be the answer to that infernal equation.     My disappointment is... unchained 0

    I loved this series most of the way through, especially when Superman was being asked some very tough questions by Wraith and General Lane about the decisions he makes and why he acts the way that he does. Jim Lee's art was superb throughout. But the ending honestly just felt like a bit of a letdown with Wraith taking the hit instead of Supes. It made absolutely no sense and, I felt, was completely inconsistent with the character we'd gotten to know throughout the whole series. Luthor also didn...

    Bullet Proof Ending for the Bullet Proof Man. 0

    Scott Snyder has done it again. Tearing down the idea of what people believe Superman to be and giving him have a more human element to who he is made Superman a character we can relate to more with ease. We are able to view Superman in different dimensions as we examine how he decides not to ally himself with any nation to avoid conflict and yet because he refuses to ally himself he causes conflict with every nation in the world as they all try to find ways on how to wipe him out if he ever be...
