rulk gets to worn out, hes already beat monarch, plus if there is that much competition between hulk and normal supes plus rulk has good competition strength wise with hulk rulk would lose. He would be fighting someone more powerful and not as dumb as a box of crayons. plus rulks weakness is over heating and getting dizzy superboy-prime would just have to widen his heat vision and cook him till he gets to hot.

Does that count as a win? They both just went elsewhere. So Prime wins when both are removed from the fight, because of Monarchs powers.
