Superman's brilliant, brutal archnemesis Brainiac has forged an unholy alliance with one of the Man of Steel's greatest foes, and together they have set their sights on New Krypton -- and the tens of thousands of Kryptonian's who live there. Even as their technological terror rains from the skies, internal turmoil threatens to tear their target apart from within.
