How Do You Defeat A Superman?

In the third issue of Superman for All Seasons, Loeb and Sale give us a story narrated by Luthor, who at this point has definitely crossed the line from ruthless and questionable businessman to outright criminal.

As usual, there's nods to both classic Superman things such as John Hamilton's classic Perry White catch phrase, 'Great Caesar's Ghost!', a rendition of the cover of Action Comics #1, and S.T.A.R. Labs, as well as other pop cultural references like A Clockwork Orange.

Loeb has come up with an evil plot for Luthor that both fits his character, as well as differs (at least in its ends if not its means) from what we've seen before.

If only Warner Brothers had only used this as their script for Superman Returns...!
