    The third chapter in the series is narrated by Lex Luthor. He has just been released from jail for being arrested for an unknown crime. What is known is that Superman was the cause of Luthor’s imprisonment. Luthor believes that Metropolis has betrayed him for Superman. Luthor seeks revenge upon Superman for stealing his city from him.

    In the third issue of Superman for All Seasons, Loeb and Sale give us a story narrated by Luthor, who at this point has definitely crossed the line from ruthless and questionable businessman to outright criminal.   As usual, there's nods to both classic Superman things such as John Hamilton's classic Perry White catch phrase, 'Great Caesar's Ghost!', a rendition of the cover of Action Comics #1, and S.T.A.R.
