    The 'Kryptonite' story arc in Superman Confidential continues to impress. Darwyn Cooke draws on past published material to make a Superman story that integrates with what has previously been written, but engages as if this was the first time Superman was ever written about. This issue throws a bit of a curve ball as we finally meet the Kryptonite entity.Tim Sale and Dave Stewart also continue to impress with art that is both retro and futurist simultaneously.
