razzatazz's Superman #209 - For Tomorrow, Part Six review

    Interloper

Compared to the previous entries in this story arc this one focuses a bit more on action and suffers (in comparison) for it.  the action follows Superman as he battles a group of elemental creatures intent on his removal as an unwanted interloper.  It is an interesting plot device as he is portrayed as an interloper in mankind's affairs in an analogous sense to the U.S.A.'s interference in world affairs.  to be honest there are some sort of silly moments here, but Clark's standoff against them to resolve the conflict is very well written and very much in character.  As usual the interplay between Clark and the Father is quite engaging as well, there is just less of it here.   A good issue, which keeps the momentum going, but just not as good as the rest that got it here.
