    Superboy's First Public Appearance 0

    For the Centennial Celebration of the Daily Planet, Superman flies around the world taking photos of the Planet's branch offices. While doing this he reminisces about his first public appearance. In many ways, this is a totally unnecessary story. Basically Superboy foils a robbery attempt by some thieves that use scuba gear to escape by sea. That's fine, but the rest of the story is about how he meets the Mayor, then the Governor, delivers a pardon to the jail (similar to the Golden Age story of...
