    I'm not sure how I feel about this story arch in the series. I'm sure that many are excited about the inclusion of Spidey 2099, but for what reason I am unsure. He doesn't seem or feel like a character that's very special in his own right; perhaps it's my general abhorrence of alternate timelines in general, but he feels kind of bland and lifeless, as does the world he comes from generally. Sure, he's kind of Peter Parker-esque and charming in that manner, but the reason why I've liked this run ...
