There have been many incarnations of Supergirl, the most current "Girl of Steel" is Kara Zor-El, Superman's cousin and last survivor of Krypton's Argo City. In the New 52, Supergirl has a more brash and defiant personality in response to the destruction of Krypton.

is Kara the last daughter of Krypton like Clark is the last son of Krypton.

Kind of an odd question, don't you think? Considering there's about 100 000 surviving Kryptonians on New Krypton...
But the phrase "Last Daughter of Krypton" is a bit familiar though.

Back in the day she was, nowsdays ... wel the title doesn't fit her very well
