agreed. her turning evil again was rather lame... nice goin Robinson! The storyline was pretty decent up until that point.

 She's not a Superman rip-off.They are both DC characters.You can't rip-off you're own characters that doesn't even make sense.There are related characters in every company that have the same powers.

Kara turns into "Dark Supergirl" to separate her from Superman.  
 
When Kara was mind controlled by Darksied; it introduced us the reader to a whole new perspective about her, because it rose the question. "Did he make her evil? or did he appeal to a darkness she already had sitting in her".  When Kara came to Earth had there been no JLA she would have done any and everything she felt like doing with her powers. (Via being provoked).  So then she turns evil again this time, because of Lex's doing, He has found out from Darksied that there is an evil inside Kara, the likes that which SUPERMAN doesn't  have. Now after the two apperances of Dark Supergirl, Kara begins this life of the "Anti-Hero" but not in a traditional sense. She is trying to do what's right but she keeps messing up and people don't respect her. This plays (Like Dark Kara) into the notion that she isn't like Superman, because she's battling this inner evil while trying to do the right; thing and is being punished for it. 
 
Dark Supergirl is implemented so, we don't see SUPERGIRL EARTH ONE titles, OR SUPERGIRL PRIME and all that BS, It's the writers way of seperating her from every other character in DCU. (Maybe with the exception of Raven).  We know what she does, She saves the world and falls prey to the same mistakes everyone is prone to making.

think about it, they introduce Kara, she is a cousin to Superman, they rip off his name, and put on GIRL, on the end, and give a near identical costume, i prefer Power Girl more, and i said it because your either a DC fan or a Marvel fan "

Again how can a character be a rip-off if one company owns the rights to both characters? Power Girl and Supergirl are the same character.Kara-Zor El so I doubt there is any real reason you prefer Power Girl more.Maybe it's the look because they are essentially the same character.  Also i'm not a Marvel or a DC fan.I'm a comic fan.I read whatever doesn't suck. other DC heroes can copy other DC heroes, it happens, i feel Supergirl is trying to copy Superman too much "

I find her hard to read because she's knows Superman is good and yet she always fights him.

But he's not a dictator, he's a helper.  And she makes some of the stupidest decisions.  She has a brain that can process and work faster than our own and I can control what I do and say, and she can't.

I guess she's the prime example that woman don't mature faster than males then.
