Plot Summary

Nightwing and Boomer discuss Kara's current ambivalence towards being a superhero.  Kara is out partying at a club... trying to relax and just focus on having fun when a giant mind reading dinosaur from a hidden land under the earth interrupts Kara's night at the dance club.   Kara provides an assist to Terra... a serious minded young female hero who doesn't seem to think too much of Kara not taking her role of Supergirl as seriously as she feels she should.

Features the return of Terra.

I hate this Supergirl. . Perhaps because this whole theme that Supergirl is trying to 'find herself'. I cringe every time I see that in this comic. Perhaps because I know some crazy girls that say that as well and it was overused by them to not accept responsibility and it appears the writers of this Supergirl know the same girls.

At least in this episode there is an honourable hero, Terra. I also liked the baddie in this one too, the empathic dinosaur. The dinosaur at least was honourable too. Even though he was trying to hurt humans, he was just trying to get humanity to back off from expanding underground where he lives.

Yes, I know this is Supergirl as a teenaged girl, but I hated those whiny chicks then (and now)... and now I am actually choosing to read about one? This world is ironic.
