Supergirl # 3 - Power, Chapter Three: Outsiders

I don't understand why Supergirl has to meet all this different superhero groups? Oh well, at least I am being introduced to a lot of them, however forgettable many may be.

Interesting the comparison to Paris Hilton in the comic during a fight, small chest an all. This comic really has a lot of implied humour like the two guys checking out t=two hot female superheroes from behind stating 'nice view!'.

Who is this new Supergirl? Or not necessarily new, but the 'Venom' Supergirl? She appears to speak fluent Kryptonian.

As a whole I suppose the story writers are using this for us to get to know Supergirl. There is a small plot about someone spying on her. I think we found out who in this issue but I am not completely sure. I am still not sure why all these groups of heroes are in every issue though. Oh well, I wish they'd get the introductions over with and get to a real heavy story, as this is just too fluffy of a comic for me so far. I need something substantial here.
